IOS phones not appearing

I have a curious issue where by one of our clients is unable to see IOS devices using the App are not appearing on the PBX... see attached... Given the ios v16 apps has been released, should they remove the beta versions they were using , resend the welcome message and download the app from there?

they are all working just not appearing.

What happens if you do a re-provision from the iOS app?

It's not supposed that only registered devices to be listed there?
