IP address banned / Failed let's encrypt

Good afternoon,

I am getting errors with regards to let's encrypt failing to renew the cert. I believe this has to do with the organizations IP being banned (unable to even get on the 3cx website at the organization).

If I did something to offend, please accept my deepest apologies.

This is actually a 4SC Pro system.

You could reach out to customer care to check why you cannot access our general website - or do check if this is working now and it was simply just a temporary network problem.

Ok so I changed my wan IP from static to dynamic and I was able to get onto the website and receive updates.

I'm hoping that the cert renews tonight so I can put my IP back.

So it is definitely not a temporary network issue.
