IP Addresses for SSO with Office 365

Hi

I am trying to enable SSO with Office 365, but we have fairly restrictive firewall rules for accessing the management interface. I am looking for a document on IP addresses to allow - is this something that is available?
(then i check the integrations - M365, i get :
[Real Time Notifications to Microsoft 365 are not in sync. If HTTPS port forwarding is not configured changes are only updated every 24 hours. To get real time updates, fix your HTTPS port forwarding.])
I can see IP addresses being blocked on the firewall logs, but rather than allow each one individually, i would prefer to add all of them.

Trying to keep up with the changing IP addresses of such a large service directly, that is likely to be a challenge.
