Hi team,

I just found out my home IP address has been blacklisted when I wanted to log into the webclient and I also know why. I had an extension running in an Gigaset N510 which I later did not need anymore and I deleted the user in my PBX.

Now I want to use 3CX again from my home location, but the IP is blacklisted. Any chance of lifting the IP ban? It's the address 37.251.90.130.

I can use 3CX from other locations just fine.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

The user was deleted but the phone was probably not reset. So it was trying to authenticate to a user that was not configured.

You will need to wait until the blacklist expires in 24 hours since the ban was imposed.

This is a killer, you are essentially prohibited from working with a customer for 24 hours. I was blacklisted yesterday, it cleared up by today so I added an outbound rule and then added a Fanvil X4U with the latest firmware and BAM black listed again! I think the answer is to start with a Pro version so you can get everything setup and not have to worry about this idiotic blacklisting, then don't pay when the trial is up, it will then revert to the free version. It's unfortunate but it seems that 3CX def does not want people using the free version. We have about 18 paid subscriptions out there and this is the first time trying to setup the free version (a small biz with 2 people) what a headache it is proving to be.

Completly wrong! Its on you to provision the phone correctly, if you dont do it, you will get blacklisted. Also the trial will not downgrade to free anymore, it will just stop working.
