IP Block Nightmare

5 Yellink t54W all Rougher phones on correct firmware! ... and all factory reset with Auto config. and I still get auto blocked! and the fact that there is no way to unblock an ip in SMB is absolutely crazy.
users can't even use web login until the 24hour timeout so a small business grinds to a halt!

Hi,

If you first set up your SBC and then only try to add phones via that SBC, you should never get blacklisted.

For the Free SMB offering the aggressive blacklisting is needed to ensure all users have a well performing system at their disposal. You can always purchase a licence that will allow you to whitelist IPs or modify the values around the blacklist.

Do you mean that you can purchase a license to allow modifications of the blacklist on an Free SMB or buy a license for a dedicated instance?
