IP CHANGE SERVER

Hi.. I am new here, and i have a problem for my 3cx server i change the server ip to 192.168.1.2 not working but if i back to 192.168.1.100 its working properly what is the problem? can anyone help me or guide me for this issue?

If the local IP of the PBX changes you will see a warning on the dashboard (if you are on the latest version). Click on the warning to update the IP and the restart the PBX services. If you have local devices that register to the local IP of the PBX you will need to reprovision them to apply the new local IP.
