Solved IP is blacklisted

hello just got a new phone today yealink 57w now my hole house is blacklisted ?

i am 3cx hosted startup pro

Thanks for the reply, honestly i just opened the console and followed the add ip phone..

Ok start by reading the above guide, and get your Yealink on the correct firmware.

Once completed, confirm via the LCD that the correct version is installed and get back to me so we can take it from there.

yes all done this end now. but i am still blacklisted

once again i have been blacklisted. can anyone help me ... all fixed now

The blacklist should expire after 24 hours, assuming the device/person is not still trying and failing to authenticate.
