IP Lockout Saga

Hi,

I am trying to setup a Yealink T46U phone as a router phone. This is the only phone on my network. I am using the 3CX free version.

Starting out, I screwed up and tried using a different phone T43 as a router phone and think that result created the initial IP block.

So I got a proper phone T46U, upgraded the firmware to latest available on the Yealink site and still am having the same result.

Every time I wait out the IP lock, I try registering the phone but end up with same result.

Not sure what else I can do at this point.

Hi, the IP if got blacklisted by the default will be blocked by 24 hours.

What firmware are you using?

The Yealink T46U should be using the firmware 108.86.0.76, Supported firmware are listed here

Thanks for the quick reply. Was not aware of this page. Seems the Yealink direct downloads are not current as I downloaded the .70 version. Will try that and hopefully thats it.

You are welcome! Using the supported firmware you shouldn’t have any issue registering the device.

OK good to go here. I figured going to the Yealink downloads page would have given me the latest firmware but in future I will always check the 3CX page you referenced.
