I have a very interesting challenge. I added an IP address to the whitelist a few days ago. Ever since I have not been able to log in with "Login access denied. Too many incorrect login attempts. Try later or contact the Administrator." In the backup I can see in the .xml file that the /24 was dropped off of all IPs that have been whitelisted, meaning only "#.#.#.0" is entered. Is there any way I can update this directly in Linux vs. having to restore a backup? I've been digging through the directory structure but can't figure out where configuration files are stored.

Just so that I first better understand the situation, have you enabled "Console Restrictions" under Security? Is that where you added the IP? Do bear in mind that local IPs are whitelisted by default so you should be able to access the Management Console if on the same LAN.

There is no way to edit this information outside the 3CX Management Console so you would either have to gain access to it or restore from a backup that did not have these settings.

Hi. I ended up just reinstalling the backup. It ended up being easier than I though that it would (didn't have to start with a clean server). Thanks though.
