iPhone APP with no or delayed ringing

Hi guys,
I have a problem with a extention which uses a YEALINK DECT phone and the apple APP with extrem ringing dealy.
Both telephones are for the same extention.
Sometimes the APP doesn't ring. Sometimes the APP needs several seconds to start ringing.
One time only the YEALINK rung and after 2 minutes talking the APP startet to ring.
Internetconnection is good 500/50 mBit.
WLAN is also well.
Do you know is issue and / or do you have some ideas?

Hi there, it can be a networking issue there and not a known issue.
When it comes to the DECT, make sure that it is running on the latest firmware, the case that is mentioned here as well as the handsets. Also, avoid using STUN and use SBC since the DECT is remote and not in the same network as the 3CX System.

I expressed myself unclearly. The issue is ONLY with the APP.I have an extension - here 212 - and there are two phones connected to the extension. A YEALINK DECT device and the 3CX Apple APP.The Yealink works without any problems. Only the APP often rings with a delay and sometimes only when the other phone is already in the conversation.The iPhone is connected via WLAN, and the PBX is hosted at 3CX.

The Wi-Fi connection is stable and fast. The internet connection is also good and fast.
How is it possible that 3CX sends SIP packets for signaling when the conversation is already in progress?The connection to the APP runs over TCP. The packets cannot take two minutes to reach their destination.
I have some customers who report that the APP sometimes starts ringing a bit later. But we're talking about 5 seconds, not two minutes.
Does anyone else have an idea of what I can do?
