iPhone Push Not Working for 3CX App

I've managed to get the 3cx app to ring on my Android phones even when the app is NOT in focus with the firebase tutorial, but there is nothing similar for iPhone that I can see, and none of my iPhones will ring through to the app unless the app is currently in focus.

Is this an iPhone issue or something wrong with my 3cx configuration?

No configuration is required, default it will use 3cx iOS setup.

are iOS push ports disabled from going to the internet https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/

check the extension forwarding rules which is active, ‘accept push notifications’ is enabled.
