IPhone Soft Phone drops Voice mails

Previously working iPhone soft phone will not play new voice messages. I get a notice of the message, can see and select it on the list and click it. the phone rings, click to play the message and then the call drops. Have re-provisioned and reinstalled the soft phone . Did not fix the problem

Try the following:
- register a hardphone (snom, Grandstream, whatever) or a 3CX Windows client on the same extension like the iPhone client. Do it again "Play on phone" - both phones should now ring, but pickup from the other, not the iPhone, see if it's working.

Will try this. Interesting point. This extension was set up without a hard phone, just an extension to send after hours calls to.
