Solved Is a smart phone required for V20?

I know this is a rudimentary question, but I have a question about V20.

I am verifying the v20, but I cannot receive calls unless the smart phone app is active.

I can make outgoing calls, but only incoming calls.

So far I have only used the softphone on my PC and not the smart phone app at all.

Is the smart phone app required for V20?
Can I use the PC only?

I'm sorry.

Self resolved.

I used this thread as a reference and allowed Chrome notifications and received the call successfully.

The smart phone app doesn't seem to have anything to do with it.
