Is it possible to change the quality of 3CX screen sharing?

We've used 3CX for a year but never tried this feature until today. One employee in the office on Ethernet shared his screen with another in the same office also on Ethernet, but the quality was horrible, could barely read text or anything. It had the resolution set to Auto at first, so it had his widescreen laptop squished into a square which was fixed by changing it manually to 16:9 but the resolution looks like we are on dialup. We're on Gigabit Ethernet and have 1000/1000Mbps fibre Internet in our office as well so wondering if there's a way to fix the setting as it's basically unusable. Thanks!

What version of 3cx are you running.

Screen Sharing resolution is always set as your screen's current resolution. If that resolution can't be set for any reason, the resolution is considered to be unrestricted and is automatically set all the way up to 4k.

1) Could you try this again and post a screenshot of the issue here?
2) Also while you're experiencing this issue, could you go to the WebMeeting settings panel, go to statistics, go to the advanced statistics section and take a screenshot of this data to additionally post here?
