Hi.

As you already know, some Android phones include a native SIP client which allows the standart dialer to make and receive SIP calls. How is it possible to use this client instead of 3CX Android client?

For the record, our server denies all requests to/from 5060 port if it's not coming or going to and from our SIP provider's IP address. So when I run a firewall test, 5060 port fails; but all systems actually work, because SIP provider's IP is allowed in and out in the router firewall settings.

3CX Client also works inside and outside of the office network. Because 3CX tunnel is being used. Here comes the matter; I can't use any other client without 3CX tunnel, because our firewall will deny access to my mobile phone. So how can I use 3CX tunneling without the 3CX client?
