Is possible to hide the entire external contacts list for a group or for an Ext.?

Hi everyone,

I need to hide the external contacts list (like: company one : +3901234567... company 2: +390234567...) for one group.
This group must be able to see only the company extensions (like 201, 202, 203...)

is that possible?
