I'm setting up some training sessions using 3CX Meet, and can't see a clear difference between Video and Webinar, other than that the Webinar option only allows email invitations.
We'll be sending the invitations out using Hubspot so that we can brand them appropriately, and when I did a test for Webinar, my test participants clicked the link and it said they were joining as me, rather than giving the option to add their own name. This didn't happen when forwarding the link for a Video conference. For that reason, I think Video is going to be better, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something. 3CX documentation doesn't really make it very clear.
Format of the sessions will be approx 30 minutes, (mainly) muted participants. I'll be screensharing, but no other specific features needed.
