Is there a way for a website developer to prevent 3CX from scanning their website for phone numbers?

I am a web developer and for a website with over 100k users.
Unfortunately, the 3CX browser extension is causing our web pages to break.
Essentially, there is a dropdown that users can use to change accounts, and the account numbers on the dropdown are being detected as phone numbers, which results in the entire functionality of the dropdown just not working for some reason.
What I am looking for is a way to either stop my entire website from being scanned by 3CX, or perhaps just notifying the extension to not scan this particular section of the website from being parsed.

Is this possible? If not, please will you implement it ASAP. I can't ask all 100k users to blacklist our domain from their extension if they use 3CX
