Is there anyway we can blacklist certain external number to dial out

We have a customer list who do not want a call from our office. How I can block those numbers dialing out from our 3CX PBX system.

You can create an outbound rule (or rules) specific to that number (or numbers), send it to "Block". You would have to place this rule (or rules) above the rule that would normally handle that number.

If the list of numbers you need to block is infeasible for outbound rules, you may want to consider our 3CX Do Not Call tool. We have customers who block millions of phone numbers (National Do Not Call Lists).
