Solved Issue installing subscription

I setup a new business account after testing 3CX with my personal account. When I try to install the new instance through 3CX hosting it tells me in red letters "The offer has been redeemed already!". I went ahead and purchased the 1 year of hosting and the 4SC Pro license which is showing below the license number but I still get the same error message.

Hi Stefan,

It let me get past the first screen now and is starting the installation. I also opened up a ticket. Kind of disappointed that I lost out on the free year of hosting in an attempt to get past the error, any way to get a credit or something similar?
