I have setup quite a few 3CX systems already during the V15 and V15.5. I am Expert certified, and trying to become a 3CX resale affiliate/partner. However, currently I am having an extreme amount of difficulty with this new setup I am working on with a new business partner. (Just to provide a little back story).

So - currently I have followed the step-by-step setup guide that 3CX has so graciously provided us, however, for some reason currently we can receive inbound calls (it does not ring all lines in queues though, just a single line), also we cannot place outbound calls unless they are made within the internal PBX (aka I can call another extension I have setup but cannot place an outbound call to speak with a potential client. This, as you can imagine, especially with a new small business, is extremely frustrating. I have SCOWERED the forums and have yet to find anything pertaining to an answer that would resolve this. Hoping that by reaching out to the community that I can receive some assistance with this.

We are utilizing a Twilio trunk to reduce the cost for trunk service. Again, I have followed the guides to a 'T' but still encountering the same error. I am running this test to ensure that our system works prior to offering this service to our customers.

A few limiting factors though:currently we do have a dynamic IP from the ISP, and the firewall my business partner has acquired does not support SIP ALG. We are currently attempting to acquire a firewall that has this capability. But I am unsure if this is the only thing that is keeping us from being able to get this off the ground. Once we have all the kinks worked out with our own PBX system, we will be going on sales meetings and calls to begin generating revenue immediately.

So - is there any way anyone can offer some assistance with this? Another quick overview of the issue: Our Caller ID is not showing properly, our IVR is setup correctly and goes to the correct selection, but does not ring the lines in the call queue/hunt group as I have configured them, we can receive inbound calls but cannot place outbound calls (may be an issue with the In/Outbound parameters and the digits to be removed (as this seemed a bit unclear), also is a firewall capable of SIP ALG required, and finally is a static block of IPs required as well?

Any and all assistance that can be provided will be GREATLY appreciated. If logs/configs are requested, please don't hesitate - I just want to get our PBX up and running ASAP so that we can start this business. Whether it be through Hosted Voice (service only), Hosted Voice (w/ phones), or with a full install for a local hosted setup (which is what I will naturally be pushing for). Back in the day ~3-4 years ago, I could bang out 5+ builds from start to finish (incl server, phones, configurations, and personal touches) a day practically with my eyes closed and both hands tied behind my back. And then coming to these quite literal halting points is rapidly making me go pre-maturely gray.

Thank you all for taking the time to read this and for any and all help/assistance you may be able to provide.

is a firewall capable of SIP ALG required
Absolutely not , SIP ALG is like Covid you don't want it as a friend which is not, by the way if your device is with SIP alg embedded then it needs to be disabled .

for your outbound calls, did you set almost one proper rule ?
Have you done a look in Logs in verbose to see if some interesting message can point to a fixing way?

for a test PBX dynamic public IP is not a problem but for production set it with static public IP.
or if you don't want a static on site , install pbx on cloud with static and SBC on remote site with dynamic

For outbound calls, Twilio requires PREPEND of a +. My inbound calls work as well with no modifications that I know of. It is just a backup trunk however, but I just tested the DID and it rang thru ok.
