Hey there,

We're running v20 via 3CX hosting and have an old Mac Mini on site running the SBC image which should allow us to connect our Yealink W60B + W56H with multiple extensions.

However, whilst all extensions are registered, the following shows on the Handset:

I don't know what is going on here - it's all connected via the SBC and the SBC is listed as the DMZ to ensure that it has full access to the internet. I've followed the guide and factory reset everything many times with no luck to get it working :(

Any ideas here? Firmware is all up to date etc.

Cheers
Aaron

What configuration are you trying to set up? Do you only have one handset and want all accounts to ring on that handset? If so, please show us the account association page.

Yes, we currently only have the one handset at the moment. Attached is the requested screenshot. If I tick 1,2,3,4 on the top line then it works for outbound calls but it doesn’t make sense. This has always looked like this since we first set up the device, so has something changed?

What behavior are you trying to achieve? From your screenshot, it looks like you don’t want the handset to ring when an incoming call is intended for accounts other than Aaron FL3P.

Do you want Aaron ASA, Aaron #FOEN25, and Aaron LS-D to ring on the handset or not?

If your goal is to report a visual issue that bothers you, please note that it's normal for the other accounts to display a disabled icon. This will appear because you've configured your handset not to use those accounts.

If this isn't what you're trying to convey, could you please clarify your request?

Yes, the idea is that this one handset can receive and make calls via all 4 extensions.

So that just means ticking the top line across both sections
