Issue with 3CXWMRemoteControlSvc.exe (unable to find redistribuable runtime)

Hello,

We encounter a problem when we want to install the 3CXWMRemoteControlSvc package.

The program can't start because VCRUNTIME140.dll is missing from your computer

I can work around the problem by installing the latest C++ 2019 runtime package manually.

My question is: why don't you include the package in your installer? Or prevent that the c++ 2019 runtime package is missing as a prerequisite?

The issue should be resolved. Please update the remote control software by entering a meeting and starting a remote control session.

If required please uninstall the version you have now.

Did you manage to solve this problem? I have no errors, but remote management does not start. At the same time, it says that the 3CXRemoteControl program is not installed. I upload and install it, but still writes that it is not available. Antivirus is disabled.
