Issue with DISA a no password

Hi guys, I'm running an Elastix PBX v 2.0.0. I have a DISA set up that I would like to use no PIN.

When I set it up with a PIN it operates perfectly. However, when I set it with no PIN the call comes in and goes to the DISA as expected but I hear no audio. DTMF codes are nore recognised either:

I have upgraded the DISA modlue to the latest version - 2.7.0.1 - but get the same result. When I add a PIN to the DISA it works fine.

Any ideas?

A little more info:

When using a PIN, the call is dropped into DISA:

But without a PIN it gets routed through to "no-password,disa-dial"
