Issue with dropping

I am having an issue at our office with dropped connections, not being able to hear the other party for 10sec, SIP trunk unregistering. I cannot find the reason why

I have run the Firewall Checker and everything comes out Passed

Call or Registration to 004922261570000@(Ln.10000@Netia) has failed. [ V4 0.0.0.0:0 UNKNOWN_TRANSPORT target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=0 ] replied: 408 Request Timeout; internal (where this is other office number and I know it works 100%)

Call or Registration to 004922261570000@(Ln.10000@Netia) has failed. [ V4 0.0.0.0:0 UNKNOWN_TRANSPORT target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=0 ] replied: 503 Service Unavailable; warning: ; internal (where this is other office number and I know it works 100%)

Call or Registration to 791032000@(Ln.10000@Netia) has failed. [ V4 87.204.129.4:5060 UDP target domain=unspecified mFlowKey=964 ] replied: 604 Does Not Exist Anywhere; from IP:xx.xx.xx.xx (wherer this is my cellphone number and I know it works 100%)

Trunk L:10000(Netia) has changed status to unregistered. This means that no more calls will pass via this trunk. Please check your network connection and the voip provider or other SIP PBX

Registration at Netia has failed. Destination (sip:[email protected]:5060) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

This issue just showed up, and more and more often. Some assistance?

Depending on the router/firewall. I would suspect maybe SIP ALG enable on the Firewall. Sometimes it is called something else, such as SIP Help, SIP TRAFFIC INSPECT. What it does is it manipulates the header information causing all kinds of issues. I would check that. Also verify that you have the FQDN setup properly, the Public IP properly inputted in the network settings of 3cx.
