Issue with Grandstream GRP2612 phones not ringing on external calls.
I contacted Grandstream and they suggested upgrading to firmware 1.0.7.19, currently 3CX is only supporting 1.0.5.93.

--> BUG FIX (release notes from Granstream)
● Fixed issue where using a custom ringtone would cause the phone to eventually stop ringing

When is 3CX going to push the newer firmware?

The other work around is to change ringer profile to defualt for all calls. This is a pain, since you have to go into each phone via the GUI to make the change. 3CX should update the profile to use default ringer.

Grandstream has documented this as a fixed bug in their latest version.

The new firmware has been released, v1.0.7.33 which you can download from your management console

Thank you JohnS_3CX, this is what I was asking for. Grandstream corrected the issue in the firmware update, but 3CX had not released the new firmware. Now that you have posted the firmware for updated via 3CX...all is good.
