Issue with GSM gateway

Hello dear friends,

I got an issue regarding GSM gateways. When I call using analog trunk (i.e.Portech GSM gateway) I can hear operator ringing sound and prompts like "This number cannot be reached at the moment" when the mobile phone turned off. But when I use VoIP GSM Gateways (Yeastar TG400), I can't hear any of these messages from operator. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

This is something you need to clarify with the Gateway vendor.

Is it "no audio" until the call is answered?

Have you gone over the settings provided here?
