Issue with recordings in the web UI

Hi,

I'm using 3CX version 15.5 and have a mounted LVM for recordings mapped to /recordings - I chowned it to phonesystem and made it writeable.

$ df -h
/dev/mapper/vg_recordings-lv_recordings 97G 63M 92G 1% /recordings

I have set that as my recordings directory in the web interface and the recordings are definitely showing up in the directory on the server:

$ ls -ltr /recordings/1234
-rw-r--r-- 1 phonesystem phonesystem 229422 Jul 26 13:19 redacted.wav
-rw-r--r-- 1 phonesystem phonesystem 442414 Jul 26 13:22 redacted.wav

However, in the Dashboard it's stuck at ( - / 80.0 GB) and if I got to https://webserver/#/app/recordings the list is empty.

Any ideas?

Hi Gunnar,

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but AFAIK whilst the steps above will work they are not supported and as such the recording will not appear in the web interface.
