The wallpanel for the Q is incorrectly displaying the waiting calls.

New calls adjust this stat. What I have been doing is renaming the inbound rule names and turned on appending - could this have caused this issue?

Code:
=Normal requests:
  * PR:2990 @ Q:808 [Active/5]
  * PR:3197 @ Q:808 [Waiting/0]
=Total: 2 requests / 1 active

There are currently 10 calls in the Q.

Just noticed the time waiting on the majority of the calls are the same?

Hi there.
It seems that your board is not updating.
Can you give it a try and restart the services of the Phonesystem when it will be possible and let us know the outcome?

Hi Oleg,

Unfortunately due to the nature of the queue I am unable to do any work on the PBX that would drop calls without prior arrangement. the older calls have gone now though and newer calls are being counted. But I dont see why changing inbound rule names would cause this.

Hi David.

I was not able to reproduce this from my side and as you can see, i changed the rule name 4 times and was still requesting the calls and the number of waiting calls was increasing too :

Hello, my name isnt David.

I will try changing the name again and see if it causes the issue.

I saw this name in your partner account, sorry about that, now when I saw your email, its Chris, right?
So I changed the contact settings for the match and added the name of the group there, that's why in my above screenshot you don't see the name of the rule too.
Regarding your server, when possible you could schedule the services to restart, just in case there was something in the cache of the Phonesystem and not pass through properly and update the client-side app.

Hello, yes it is.

I only restarted the phone system yesterday morning so wouldnt have expected this to be the case.

Hmm.. that indeed sounds odd.
Are the server specs meeting the requirements and no 3rd party tools running on the server?

yeah i believe so, its on the higher end of OVH's VPS. No to 3rd party tools.
