Issue with transfers (Blind or attended)

I've been scouring the internet for basically all of a month trying to figure this out and trying damn near everything I could find and tinker with within 3cx and have come up completely empty.

Place an outbound call - it comes up as a Private number - which is fine.

Go to transfer the call - blind or attended, the number comes through as +2-999-999-9999
I'm currently using Nexmo as the SIP Trunk and I believe Flowroute is the other one I'm trying to use.

What I'm trying to do is this, I'm looking to use my call center (3cx) to dial on my outbound leads. If they are interested in a product or service then transfer them to the appropriate number, the issue is though, that the person I'm transferring to needs to have the clients number as the Caller ID.

For example -
CallCenterAgent calls Lead
Lead is interested in the service CallCenterAgent is offering
CallCenterAgent transfers the call to external number (buyer)

When the transfer happens, buyer needs to see Lead's number on the caller ID so they can screen it for internal compliance and so on.

Does anyone have any idea at all what so ever how to accomplish this?

Since 3CX is calling the "Lead", and it is not them calling into 3CX, their caller ID will never be passed on in a transferred call. If anything it will be the 3CX DID number assigned to the extension doing the transfer (if allowed), or the "main" outgoing trunk number, if you are not blocking it.

This must be happening as a result of your provider using he information from settings you have made.

The fact the you said...

...leads me to believe that you are blocking outbound caller ID, on purpose, on at least one trunk group.
