Issues Accessing Management Console

Hi, I installed 3cx on premise recently on a VPS server and at first it was working fine. Then Windows server wanted to update and all of a sudden the system doesn't work anymore. Any tips?

Hi @LuukLHD

Are you unable to reach the Admin Console at all?

If you click the start button on the Windows machine >> type services >> as shown in the screenshot below, are the PBX services running?

Hi,

Yes, all the services are running and when I restart one of them I do get a notification in my mailbox. But when I try to open the management console, even through localhost, it's nowhere to be found.
