Hi to all.

I have a issue with my sip phone (grandstream budget tone 100), I'm trying to config as a extenal extension in other home, it pass under a router and the port 5060 is NATed now.

the thing here than when i make a call from the external extension to other extension or to a land line it works perfect, but when is incoming call, it only rings but it but the phone not connect the call (it does not hang up)

explaining better:

calling from external extension to pbx lan extension = ok
calling from pbx lan extension to external extension = rings but not hang up (the lan extensions continue say is ringing)
calling from external extension to land line = works ok, 2 way audio, music on hold and transfer works.
calling from land line to (routing) external extension = rings but no hang up (the land line sounds as ringing)

this is the last log:
NOTE: 187.1.1.203 = ip of my extenal extension, 187.8.8.41 is my pbx ip and 207.5.5.150 is (I think) voip provider

Code:

any suggestion?

for be more cleary, the ip 207.5.5.150 is my outbound proxy...

any suggestion ?

also when i active the stun server, it never works, so in all case i need to be able to disable it.

It would appear the 3CX is unable to reach the set at 187.1.1.203:5060

Could be a router problem, or port conflict (5060) at the remote end.

Did you ever get this resolved?
I have tried Yealink - calls from office to Remote Phone - fail. the phone rings but call is not picked up.
I have tried Aastra - calls from office to Remote Phone - call can pe picked up and has voice both ways but then dies in 3 seconds.

Both phones can make outbound calls back to the phones in the office ok.
Both phones can make outbound calls on the VOIP line instaleld at the office.

i was solved but only for incoming calls, not outgoing....
things than I use is open the ports correctly and in each voip extension out of my lan, i''m using DDNS, but when i use fixed ip i can make outbound calls to.

You are using DDNS at the 3CX end? If that is the case, and call works when you use the public IP of the 3CX server, then, be sure that you have put the DDNS locator in the 3CX PBX as your Domain Name.

If that isn't in there and a remote extension attempts to send a call to... (example) [email protected], and my.3cxpbxdyndns.org isn't set as the Domain Name, in 3CX, then the call will be rejected.
