Issues logging into admin console

Hello.

We have an issue where we try to login in with to the admin console. While we do login with the admin user, it only takes us to the portal as a user, not an admin. This is happening to both the system owner and the administrator.

We have 3CX PRO 16 SC, Hosted.

Any help is appreciated.

Does your server have console (IP) restrictions enabled?

I don't think we do. As we remember disabling that option. But researching more into it seems that we were indeed IP restricted.

Try from an IP on the server’s network/LAN. RFC 1918 are allowed by default.

Also if IPv6 is enabled you need to allow your /64.
