I have installed successfully the AX4E and now I have issues with the installation of AX1E PCI under Elastix 1.6
I have followed the guides provided by atcom's support team and from their website, everything appears to be ok but when I try to make a call I get the channel unavailable message.
I have some questions maybe you can help me guys...
1. their card has some jumpers to be set as NT or TE mode, I guess it should be working on TE mode since it's going to connect to a E1 equipment from the PSTN.
2. TE mode has config A and B
config A: PIN1 TX+, PIN2 TX-, PIN4 RX+, PIN5 RX-
config B: PIN3 TX+, PIN6 TX-, PIN4 RX+, PIN5 RX-
Since I'm under Tigo (Milicom) Guatemala E1, wich config should I use? any ideas?
3. the card has a dip switch to select termination 75 ohm, 120ohm or no termination, wich one is correct?
