Issues with BLF's

When using the 3cx windows client, the BLFs do not show on the BLF panel. They work fine using yealink handsets however. Port 5001 is open our side and we are running the latest version of 3cx client and PBX. Any Suggestions?

Do the BLF keys appear on the client but do not light up or they do not show up at all?
