Ever since we upgraded to v9 we've been experiencing sporadic issues with call queues that were non-existent with v8.

Whether using the 3cx softphone (with tunnel) or a Cisco SPA504G desk phone, when calls are routed via call queues we are experiencing the following totally random issues:

1. Desk phone picks up call routed through queue. 2 way communication is fine, but callers hear choppy hold music in the background.

2. 3CX softphone (with tunnel) picks up call routed through queue. Callers hear music on hold as if they were put on hold, but softphone has silence. No 2-way communication at all.

3. 3CX softphone (with tunnel) picks up call routed through queue. Call drops.

Any calls routed directly to an extension or through a ring group do not have this issue. It only seems to be associate to the call queues. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

Thanks!

Yep. Very similar. http://www.3cx.com/forums/queue-hangs-up-on-caller-after-a-few-seconds-17149.html

To add to this:

When 'PBX Delivers Audio' is enabled, 'Supports Re-invites' is disabled, and 'Support Replaces header' is disabled on the extensions/provider settings, the issue does not happen.

However, this is not the optimal way of configuring 3CX since it transcodes creating a delay in the voice. We would really like to be able to run 3CX without transcoding by disabling 'PBX Delivers Audio'.
