I have a fairly basic setup over here on my network with 3CX - and I've got an OpenVPN server setup so that people can connect into the local network and make calls. For some reason, anyone connected through VPN can make calls normally, but they cannot hear people physically on the network. A friend of mine called my desk phone and I was able to pick up and hear him, but he couldn't hear any sound from my mic. The same goes for voicemail, he can dial and connect but not hear the automated voice.
I would assume this is something to do with how the network is setup - I've tried many different things but come to no results.
I'd really appreciate if someone could maybe point me in the right direction here to fix this issue
