Hi folks Hope you are having a good 2022,

Wondering if I can get some help with a small issue. We recently migrated to our new Business grade network infrastructure and I seem to be having some issues on the UDM pro with the firewall checker

As you can see the Full cone nat test is failing Below is a picture of the port profile for 3cx on the UDM pro

These are attached to a rule that restricts any communication on that port to our Secure DMZ network where the PBX is hosted

Any help in understanding why this is not working would be greatly appreciated

I'm not that familiar with the specific firewall but from what I see in your last screenshot is that you have set the source IP to be the PBX and the destination to be the 3CX required ports which doesn't make much sense. As I said though, I'm not that familiar with it so I might be mistaken.

In any case, since all ports seem to be failing in the firewall test, it would seem that port forwarding is not applied on the firewall correctly. Are the screenshots you provided for port forwarding? Can you check all firewall settings and confirm you have a port forwarding configuration for the 3CX required ports in place.

Hi

I'm afraid I need to apologise for wasting your time,

turns out of of my techs thought it would be smart to Change the Ip of the server hence the ports not working

SHows what happens when people make changes and dont communicate them

Thanks for your help
