I have multiple hosted systems all with the same provider up and working perfectly. I always spin up a base debian 9 stretch image and then manually install using

wget -O- http://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/3cxpbx/public.key | sudo apt-key add -
echo "deb http://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/debian stretch main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/3cxpbx.list
echo "deb http://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/debian stretch-testing main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/3cxpbx-testing.list
sudo apt update
sudo apt install net-tools dphys-swapfile

from https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/
for some reason when i run the first command i get an error "Cannot write to '-' (Broken pipe).

So i then tried to use the Debian iso following this https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/
This installed the iso but when i would install it would go to the reboot pnrtion and loop back to beginning install and never move forward to install 3cx page.

Did something break recently because i have always installed manually without a problem until today.

Self assistance, you got a very efficient support, keep it :p;)
