Hi,
We run multiple on prem configurations. One is on V20 (on debian). behind an sbc and the others are V18 (on debian) connected via a voip solution by our sip provider constistin of a fritzbox and cisco.
The legacy windows client works fine, ios, android apps remaining iphones all work as intended. We want to start upgrading and utilizing the web client and latest desktop app.
We are aware the port ranges 9000 to 10999 need to be opened on the fw config. This is the case. However if we test no audio comes through for these clients. Further network monitoring confirms no trafic is incomming on this port.. Netstat on the machines it self also tells me that this port range is not open on the box itself..
All installs are via the official iso. I am entirely in the dark as to why these ports arent even open on the server itself..
Any feedback would be appriciated
