Hello, do we need to know for sure if with the swisscom voice provider it is possible to implement two sip-to-sip trunks simultaneously on a single 3CX PBX?
The PBX currently supports 2 sunrise trunks and 2 trunks from another provider as well as a Swisscom trunk and would like to add another one.
Thank you for the support.

Greetings

Fabio

If IP authentication, then I would say now.

If username and password authentication, then yes (we have multiply username and password sip trunks on one 3cx system)

Thank you very much for your answer, did you have to create special rules for inbound and outbound?

You will need to an additional outbound rule so you can call from that trunk and you will need to adjust some settings to accommodate for the second trunk for inbound calls.
Here is a link to assist you configure the trunks correctly so you do not have any source identification issues

Grazie mille per la tua risposta Yiannish, So I will have to have two esbc with two different ip and configure the two trunks independently.

Not necessarily. Are these IP based or authentication based? You can have the same registrar on both trunks but you will need to have different numbers per trunk so the PBX knows where to route the calls.

Hello and thank you for the prompt reply.
But Swisscom resolves that it requires an ESBC per customer and I need to pay 2 separate telephone charges.

Ok, if that is a Swisscom requirement then that is what you should do. It can be done in 3CX either way.
