I'm the system owner and just recently it seems I've lost the ability to right click a call in the panel and transfer barge/listen in etc.

Yes. The only thing that appears when I right click on a call is "Monitor Connection Quality" which does nothing when I try to click on that. This has to be a recent update bug.

sidebar, it would be nice if under system updates, there was an actual log of all updates, rather than just saying
"You're up to date.
Last updated: MM/DD/YYY hh:mm a"

What kind of calls are they? External to internal, external to external, internal to internal, etc? Can you sent aq screenshot, and blur any sensitive info please.

I've tried internal and external calls. It works on internal calls, not external (which is the primary need). There's nothing really to screenshot. As I mentioned before, when I right click, all I get is "Monitor Connection Quality".

Within a queues the System Owner still needs to be member of the queue department to get those options.

There might be another setting affecting this, but in my testing if the membership conditions were satisfied, it worked.

Can we confirm the PBX version and edition?

If this is business critical I would suggest opening a ticket.

It's not critical but it's annoying this randomly stops working and outside of 3cx system updates, the only changes I do are strictly limited to adding a new endpoint or changing holiday hours.
