can i get the IVR abandoned calls per interval ?

IVRs don't calculate stats on abandoned calls.

There is a software program that captures your CDR records with this i beleive you can specify abandoned calls in IVR too.
CallSequiter great tool and the guys that develop it are very hands on in setting it up with you to get the results you want.
