I will start this off with letting you know this is the first time I have tried to use the call flow designer.

I have two phone systems that are tied together with a bridge. I need the ability for calls into the IVR of each system to be able to call the extensions on the opposite system.

So for instance some one call system 1 which has 2xx-3xx extension numbers. I need them to be able to dial in an IVR the extensions for System 2 with 4xx extension numbers.

How do I do this?

Are you using standard Digital Receptionists for the IVRs? You should not need a CFD app to do this in that case...

Can we transfer over bridge or use an IVR for that? I don't think we can unless we use "Send to External Number" (if even an option).

Yes currently I am using the built in standard Digital Receptionist for the calls. But when I call in and dial an extension of the second phone system it says that the destination is not available, not registered or there are no routes available.

I should have also stated that both systems are 16.0.493 Pro.

This is due to how you created the bridge. Please check this:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/connecting-pbx-bridges/

In the first PBX, when you have the bridge to the second, you should configure the outbound rule for numbers starting with 4, and don't strip any digit. This way you can directly dial to the other PBX without a prefix.

Both the Master and Slave bridges do not have a prefix configured. I have the Remote PBX section filled out. Published information and Receive information has been filled out. I have not made any changes to the Advanced tab. Master has a virtual extension of 10001 and Slave has a virtual extension of 10001.

I then have an outbound rule in System 1 that has a Number starting with 4 and has a length of 3. This then has the first route that has the bridge selected, 0 strip digit and nothing in prepend.

Outbound rule in System 2 has a number starting with 2 and has a length of 3. Then has the first route that has the bridge selected, 0 strip digit and nothing in prepend. It also has another outbound rule number starting with 3 and has a length of 3. Then has the first route that has the bridge selected, 0 strip digit and nothing in prepend.

Calling between offices using extension numbers works. Transferring calls between offices using extension numbers work. The Digital Receptionist is the only one that can not connect to extensions of the opposite system.

could it be the same problem as external transfert not working due to system extension not granted when trying to call and not when a user extension do the same?

I wish that solution would work for me but the issue is that their current business cards have the number of phone system 1 with their extension on it, which is in phone system 2. So the issue becomes that a client is calling into system 1 Digital Receptionist trying to reach someone at the phone system 2 location. So having a dummy extension is not going to solve the issue since they are dialing the persons extension.

could it be possible to use same single cloud hosted pbx for the 2 locations ?

Not an option at the moment. They have Polycom phones which can not use an SBC.
