Solved Joining Calls Together

Hello,

I have a customer who takes an external call, they then need to make another external call, they then need to go back to the original caller and ask some questions, then flip to the other call etc etc, basically toggling between the two external calls (this is fine using park etc) finally they need to join both the external calls together, how can they possibly do this?

This has been solved, for reference I programmed a BLF with 7000**xxxx and when the two external parties are ready to talk to each other transfer the calls using the BLF.
