I see that there is a post for version 16.2.0.37 having the same problem
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/latest-android-beta-16-2-0-37-cant-make-any-call.68777/
Reading the thread it shows the person upgraded to the 16.2.0.44 latest version fixed their problem.
Well, I am on version 16.2.0.44 and I am having this same problem.
I try and call inside extensions and call outside numbers and the call will not connect and I get "Not found"

Thank you

Same error here. Reverted to non-beta client 16.1.0.41 which is working fine.

Did you reboot after installing 16.2.0.44? Sometimes this makes a difference.
If you want to keep the Beta, but need to make calls, you can install the legacy client parallel.

A same event occurred for my customers in the beta version.
For this reason, we are announcing to customers to stop using the beta version.
I hope it has been fixed in the release version.

We have same issue at one of our sites.

Galaxy S10e displays not found for all calls on client 16.2.0.49. Works correctly on 16.1.0.41

Do you guys have dynamic IP?
Could it be that the IP Address changed?
I think this has nothing to do with version 44.
Can you do the following:

confirm if you are on Dynamic IP. If yes, do not touch the app and simply restart the services on the server. See if the app works after that.

We are monitoring - let us know.
Between 41 and 44 we made no changes in the way we resolve DNS..

Also an extract of the logs will help. You can send any troubleshooting information to android support at [email protected]

Can you guys make a call to replicate the not found issue and send us the logs. We will check it..

Hi NB

If we install the beta 3cx client and scan the QR code from management console it will register correctly but when you try and make a call you receive error "not found". If i exit the beta program, uninstall the beta app then reinstall non beta and scan QR code from management console we can make calls.

Cheers

Hi NB

I will replicate and send logs. Just to confirm activity logs is what you after ?

Cheers

Send me also a welcome email to [email protected]
I will connect and try and make a call to voicemail - like this we can get the not found..
I am available right now for this. Lets check this out asap.

Confirmation 1. This is not related to a specific version of the app. 41 and 44 on this pbx will give NOT FOUND.
So there is nothing that we broke here.
