Hi there,

we experienced lots of this NTP-related issues in the past, which have been fixed by Snom this June with firmware-version 10.1.119.10:
"SAP-5579: Added exception handling for invalid NTP packets (with e.g. time of 0x0000000 and/or FxFFFFFFFF) to address NTP roll-over date handling that led to showing date values in year 2036 (e.g. call history entries)"

Inside 3CX I can only find the latest D385 firmware: 10.1.84.15

As soon as I manually update the D385 via Web-GUI it works for a few seconds, but 3CX downgrades it automatically. Would be fine to update all D385's to the latest version.
How can I do this with 3CX?

Kind regards,

Dietmar

Dear John,

I am still happy and still waiting for the new firmware-release.

Any news on that?

Kind regards,

Dietmar

Hi Dietmar,

There have been some candidate updates since we last spoke, but issues found prevented them from being published.

There will be a new candidate again after 3CX V18 Update 6 releases but no ETA at the moment

New firmware v10.1.141.10 now released for multiple models!

If you updated to V18 Update 6 (our now latest build) it should have already appeared in your management console and you can now upgrade the phones.

Good news - thanks!
I am now updating from 10.1.84.15 to 10.1.141.10
Hope that the Timeissue is resolved.
Thanks for your help John!

No problem, let us know how it goes!

The udpate went smoothly.
I will see what the future will bring - as the issue appeared only from time to time.
But I will inform you in this forum with a new thread as soon as I see the issue again. For sure! :D (Hope this must not happen).
Kind regards,
Dietmar
