LDAP Lookup overwriting last entry

I have this setup and the lookup works.
I call from my mobile, an LDAP entry shows up.
Then my boss calls. My LDAP entry is gone and his shows up.
We both have the same office number and fax number in LDAP. Just a different mobile number.
What am I doing wrong here? I thought LDAP cached entries?

So after more testing - this is due to everyone having the same "Telephone Number" (main office number) in active directory. They overwrite each other.
So, I can't use this.
And, 3cx does not use the "Extension" mobile numbers to create the phone book....

So, I am now manually entering every users mobile number into the Contacts whenever they are hired...
