Let's Encrypt certificate has expired

Hi all,

We are using one of the (xxx.3cx.com.au) FQDNs for our 3CX server running on Windows Server 2016.

The Let's Encrypt certificate for the server expired a few days ago, it was my understanding that this was managed by 3CX and I can't seem to find any settings for it.

Hoping that someone might have some ideas for things I can try to get it renewed.

Mine always renews on its own... Never had to do anything special.
Single NIC PC?

Yeah only a single NIC - it has been running fine for around 1.5 years now and has always renewed before, haven't made any changes to it so not sure why it has stopped working.

It is a strange one.

Yes sorry, should have included that info.

Since it stopped working I have restarted all services, rebooted the server and updated to the latest version.

From my reading though, it looks like the renewals only take place between 1am and 7am or something along those lines, so maybe I need to wait overnight to see if those things have fixed the problem. It would be good if there was a way to manually prompt it to attempt renewal.

We use Let's Encrypt for some of our other servers using certbot so I am familiar with renewing them (although not usually in a Windows context) but not sure how these mechanisms work in the 3CX nginx environment, not super keen to go messing around in there given it isn't supposed to be user administered.
