Solved let's encrypt ssl certificate

hello team,
i want to configure my own fqdn for deploying my pbx. the question is can i generate certificate with Let's encrypt ? does 3cx support let's encrypt ?

They do but only for 3CX FQDN. To use your custom FQDN, you will need to buy a certificate from a vendor like GoDaddy.

It is true that we use Let's Encrypt for the 3CX FQDNs, but there is no limitation when using a custom FQDN. You could still use Let's Encrypt for it, but do bear in mind that it will have to be managed by you entirely meaning that you will have to handle the renewal process manually.

Using a 3CX FQDN means you do not have to worry about certificate renewal nor DNS management for that matter, plus, it's free .
